Article about Collection Development

Yesterday I gave a presentation about the future of acquisitions that discussed the increasing reliance on e-books and the decrease of print, as well as patron-driven acquisitions.  This is an interesting article about collection development, weeding and the re-purposing of space that I wish I had read BEFORE my presentation!
